Each semester, the School of Informatics and Computing hosts a career fair for students to search for full-time jobs or internships, and make valuable contacts at some of the leading technology companies in the United States. While most attendees are Informatics and Computer Science undergraduates, any student whose coursework, skills, and interests make them a good fit for a career in  technology is welcome to attend.

Employers who attend our career fairs represent a variety of areas: public and private sectors, non-profit, government agencies, major technology corporations, and smaller entrepreneurial companies.

The Fall 2012 Career Fair was an overwhelming success! We posted record numbers -- 83 companies (with more on a waitlist!) and 678 students were in attendance. Employers were happy with the exceptional students they met throughout the day and the new location at the Bloomington Convention Center was a hit with everyone.

  • Upcoming Fall Career Fair: September 19th at the Bloomington Convention Center.
  • After a record-breaking number of companies and students attended the Fall 2012 Career Fair, we’re already busy planning for another great fair in September!
  • Check back in June for registration information. If you would like to receive notification of when registration begins, please email hkidd@indiana.edu.
